Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. Before it ends, we'll remind you by email and ask you to choose a plan. If you don't choose one, your account is paused and nothing is charged.

• You can cancel any time from your account settings, or by emailing us.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've already paid for. It won't renew after that.
• You can export your data before and for 30 days after your plan ends.

• Monthly plans: payments aren't refunded for partial months, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge, including a renewal, we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, you keep access until the end of the year and it won't renew.
• Charged by mistake? If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, email us and we'll fix it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Moving to a bigger plan takes effect right away, and you're charged the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
